Mindfulness sessions

The psychology team at Sydney’s Albion Centre is providing a new wellbeing program for people living with HIV.

One-hour mindfulness sessions — including education and practice — will be held between 1.00pm-2.00pm on the first Monday of every month at the Albion Centre’s offices in Crown Street, Surry Hills. The first session is Monday 6 February. Attendance is free. Evidence suggests that regular mindfulness practice can enhance physical and emotional health, and social functioning.

For more information call (02) 9332 9600 and ask for the Intake Psychologist, or just turn up on the day.
